Day 3

Rock (band) On

Per the WW scale I have only gained about 7 pounds, but that gut there tells another story.

My son bought Rock Band with his Christmas money and it's now a great game for family time. With my amazing voice I am the lead singer :) Granted it's also the only instrument I can play since I royally suck on guitar and drums. The kids tried to persuade me to try other options besides singing, and currently singing is the only thing I can do.

Day 2

Yup, I'm back.

As I was sitting in the meeting I realized that the first time I joined WW was in 2000. I spent the last decade fat, and this year I will make sure that was the only decade in my life I was fat.

Day 1

Happy New Year

I can't believe it's the start of a new year let a lone a new decade. It's been an interesting period in my life since the last time I post, much has happened but I will leave that story for another day. During that time I have gained about 10 pounds, so here I am again starting the weigh-loss journey yet again.
