I promise to whole other levelI was thinking that I have vowed and promised to loose weight thousands of times in the course of my adult life, and maybe even the teen years. I've never been successful or never fully committed.
Today, I promised* on the Bible that I will work the WW program, that I will succeed in this weight loss journey.
